Catherine’s War

Catherine’s War is a graphic novel based on experiences of the author’s mother as a Jewish girl living in Nazi-occupied France during World War II. The main character changes her name from Rachel (a Jewish name) to Catherine and moves from house to house in attempts to avoid the concentration camps. 

This well-received book was originally published in French in 2012. The English version was first published in 2020.
